/// Section 01 — Mandatory
Rules of Engagement
Every operative in ECHO follows the code below. These rules exist because chaos kills alliances faster than enemies do. Read them, internalize them, then go win.
/// 01
General Conduct
- Be Active Log in daily. If life gets in the way, post in Comms — we plan around real life, but silent operatives get rotated out after 7 days inactive.
- Communicate Discord is mandatory during alliance events, server wars, and KvK windows. Don't be the operative we can't reach when the timer hits zero.
- Help Other Members Send alliance help. Donate to alliance tech. Reinforce members under attack. We win as a unit or not at all.
- No Drama Disagreements get handled in DMs with leadership, not in alliance chat. Public meltdowns earn an instant boot.
/// 02
Combat Doctrine
- Follow Orders During War When R4/R5 calls a target, you hit that target. Solo heroics get teammates killed.
- Shield Up When Told If leadership orders a peace shield, you shield. No exceptions, no "I'll be quick."
- Don't Start Fights We Didn't Authorize Random PvP that drags the alliance into a war you didn't clear with R4 will cost you membership.
- Always Reinforce See an alliance member under attack? Send troops. Always. The exception is if R4 explicitly says to stand down.
/// 03
Resources & Events
- Donate To Alliance Tech Daily donations are non-negotiable. It costs you nothing and benefits everyone.
- Participate In Alliance Events Show up for alliance bosses, gathering events, and server competitions. Participation is tracked.
- Don't Hoard Resource hoarding without a planned upgrade is wasted potential. Spend it or shield it.
- Furylord And Server Bosses Coordinate damage windows in Comms. Solo-pulling boss aggro at the wrong time loses the whole alliance points.
/// 04
Violations & Consequences
Three-Strike Doctrine Enforced
Strike One: Verbal warning from an officer. Logged in Comms.
Strike Two: Probation. Restricted access to alliance events. Officer review.
Strike Three: Removal from ECHO. No appeal for 30 days.
Some violations skip directly to Strike Three: leaking intel to rival alliances, racism/harassment, attacking allied members, or accepting bribes.

Chain of Command
Disputes follow this escalation order. Skip steps and you bypass people who could have solved it for you faster.
- R3 Officer — First contact for day-to-day questions and minor disputes.
- R4 Lead — Tactical disputes, war plans, member conflicts.
- R5 Commander — Final authority. Strategic decisions, removals, alliance treaties.
